Each part connects to the booking it belongs to, so you don't re-enter the same details in several places.
Events & Calendar
Book rooms by day and time, with holds and double-booking checks.
Contracts
Generate contracts from your own templates, send them, and collect signatures online.
Invoicing & Payments
Invoices built from each event's charges, payment schedules, and online payments through the client portal.
Clients & Accounts
Clients, the organizations that book repeatedly, and the history of each booking.
BEOs
Banquet event orders with timelines, setup and catering details, shared with vendors.
Tasks & Stages
Set the stages a booking moves through, with tasks created at each stage.
How it works
One record for each booking.
A lead becomes an event, the event gets a contract and an invoice, and payments are tracked against it. Weddings, corporate dinners and multi-day programs all follow the same flow.
✓Clients review their event and pay from a portal
✓Vendors see the events they are booked on in their own portal
✓Send website inquiries straight into your leads with the API
Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See our Terms.
